Our focus on quality means we always use the latest state-of-the-art technology that is available to us. Using the same software that is used to manufacture new High Performance Carbide end mills and drills, we are able to duplicate manufactured geometries. Precision Tool Grinding, Inc. is also capable of manufacturing a variety of special tools and geometries with precision accuracy using our 3D Cimulator Program.

This program allows us to design and grind your tool on the Cimulator, so we can examine every detail of the tool before actually grinding it. This gives you the best and most consistent results.

The 3D Cimulator also allows us to create your tooling exactly the way you want it before grinding. We can convert your Autocad files right to the 3D Cimulator. Color codes give us the ability to match the machine’s movement of the wheel sections to the tool part that is ground.
